Rear Window
Director Alfred Hitchcock
Our notesA classic Hitchcock thriller that features in the IMDB top twenty movies of all time. Less well known than many other Hitchcock films - this stars James Stewart as a wheelchair bound photographer. From his apartment he watches his neighbours and becomes convinced that one of them has committed murder. Nominated for 4 Oscars but lost out to On the Waterfront in 1955. Hitchcock at his most brilliant.
